Direct and manage all aspects of the National Owner Enhancement Sales Division and the administration of same. Directly responsible for successfully increasing the divisions national average sales price by over 15% and exceeding previous years annual revenues by over 80%, succeeded in bringing total national direct and indirect sales cost down and well within budgetary guidelines and delivered a net annual NOI of over 135% of budget in the first year. Company wide revenue exceeded $954 million in 2015. 2007 - 2012 Regional Project Director, Club Intrawest, Sandestin, Florida. Responsibilities included but not limited to exceeding yearly sales revenue budgets, recruiting, training and marketing. Redesigned the in-house and front line sales process across all Intrawest sales locations resulting in an increase in revenues of 79.4% in add-on sales. Designed and implemented the Club Intrawest biennial program. Which has had a very significant impact on overall front-line revenues and going forward, on future in-house sales revenues. Assisted through experience, in the redesign and refined the sales and marketing training program used by and at all sales locations. 2001 - 2005 Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Cendant’s Fairfield. Destin, Florida, (now Wyndham) which included sales and marketing at four resorts in the Destin area. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to establishing and exceeding yearly site budgets. Developing and maintaining an efficient, productive sales and marketing team of approximately 130 persons. Oversee all aspects of the sale, marketing and administration of the sites. Implementing strategic marketing alliances with key vendors and area businesses. Established and supervised a referral telemarketing department in Destin, supplying prospective clients to Destin, New Orleans, San Antonio, Nashville, Branson and Orlando. Negotiating and continually expanding key local community marketing locations (OPC / CMA). Established, implementation and supervision of customer retention strategies and overall supervision of marketing and sales at four separate Fairfield locations which together made up the scope of Cendant's/Fairfield’s Timeshare presence in the Florida Panhandle. Developed strong longstanding and profitable alliances with local government, vendors and suppliers. Served as liaison between the general building contractor and Cendant/Fairfield. Negotiated and established all the original and still utilized, marketing strategies and locations for Cendant / Fairfield in the Mid Western states. Established the initial and consequent site budgets'. Recruited and trained the startup management, sales and marketing teams. Producing in excess of $20 million in net sales revenue within three years. Tenured honors include four time consecutive winner of Cendant's Fairfield's Presidents Club for exceeding budgeted revenues by more than 20%
1995 - 1998 Sales Manager for Cendant's / Fairfield Palm Aire Resort (now Wyndham), Ft. Lauderdale, Supervised and was instrumental in the building and development of this new sites sales team, consistently ranked among the top 1% in the company/country for overall team production and efficiency. Responsible for daily team motivational sales meetings and supervision of goal based team efficiency and productivity. Tenured honors include many achievement awards and Presidents Club honors.
